Tidelands on the Intracoastal (Tidelands) is a beautiful peninsula community surrounded by the Matanzas River section of the Intracoastal Waterway and 3 canals - the Cimmaron, Custer and Cotton Cove waterways. Only about 40% of the nearly 80-acre community is developed. The balance of the community showcases open lawns, oak trees, walking paths, a park with a fishing pier on the Intracoastal and 11 acres of lakes and canals. The amenities create a beautiful and active-lifestyle community.
Tidelands was built in two phases and consists of home sites and condominium buildings. 132 home sites were developed as part of Phase I and 20 home sites and 16 condominium buildings were developed in Phase II.
